Work

This is where all the magic is…

I am not even sure how to sum up my online work experience. We have had highs and lows and everything in between. We have bought sites and sold companies and everything in between. I will be sure to write a history for each project on their own pages, but this page of more about what I am doing now and where I am going than the past.

Right now, my largest site is our laptop forum - NotebookForums.com. This site was actually started as a side project for our laptop e-commerce company, that we are no longer running. In an effort to move away from customers and toward content, we monetized the forums, and off we went. If you want to read more about NBF, you can easily read all the posts about this project.

We also added another content site to the network at strafeRight.com. You have to be a gamer to understand. :) (If you are, good, because I’m not.) This is run by our partner named Craig, who manages everything there. Kudos to Craig - he does a great job.

Honestly, these two sites are just the start.
I feel like I haven’t even begun the projects that I REALLY want to do. One of my immediate goals is to get NBF so it doesn’t need me to manage it. I am getting close.

Some of my future projects include Pajama Revolution, MyRig, and Craftalongs. Each of these companies isn’t ready to showcase just yet, but it will be an interesting process going forward. You can follow their progress as I try to figure out what the heck I am doing. :)

And of course, this all doesn’t include my other gig - flipping housing.
Not the flipping where you buy and resell, but the kind where you buy, fix, and sell. It’s been an interesting ride, to say the least. Our first flip was filmed by TLC for a show called Flip That House. Apparently, we made quite an impression on some people.
